Client Services Coordinator
Description:
The Client Services Coordinator will work closely with the office
Account Managers/Project Managers to assist in execution of account
activities and scheduling, maintaining regular client service
communication, and performing other implementation tasks for the
McPherson team including coordinating with outside vendors to
ensure smooth operation of account activities and tasks. Some
travel may be required, but will remain somewhat limited based
on candidate availability and company needs. The position reports
to a selected Project Manager and requires a valid driver’s
license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with coordination of all parts of account activities
and campaigns including direct mail production, website campaign
components, campaign/creative briefs and memos, etc.,
• Guide artwork designers in creation of client deliverables
in order to compliment account activities and campaigns,
• Aide in data analysis/report creation for account activities
and campaigns,
• Establish a steady and professional communication flow
between account assistant/coordinator and assigned clients,
• Support McPA production manager to insure quality and
authenticity of direct mail schedules,
• Creation of web pages to be used to maintain schedules
for assigned account activities and campaigns,
• Assist in the planning and implementation of client
and vendor events, including our semi-annual Public Television
Co-op Meeting,
• Ensure quality of company messaging through assisting
in proofing and copywriting as requested,
• Compile industry trends and benchmarks to compliment
company presentations and client meetings, and
• Other specifically account related supportive tasks
as assigned
Experience Required:
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office
environment
• Good communication skills and ability to manage tasks
from start to finish
• Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Word,
Excel and PowerPoint

• Annual salary in the low to mid 30s

Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in a relevant position in a professional
services setting
• Customer-friendly approach to each job
• Good project/task management skills
• Proficient in MS Office a must, experience with eCommunications
systems and Website Management Software a plus.
• BA or BS degree
