You can’t always cry wolf, but sometimes it’s necessary. Eight, Arizona’s PBS station launched a multi-channel effort to appeal to their members in a time of financial difficulty, and it worked. By providing their loyal members with candid information about where the station was financially and allowing members and non-members alike to donate through various channels, this effort was one of the most successful campaigns we helped launch this year.
