New York University’s Heyman Center for Philanthropy and Fundraising is America’s leading resource for professional education and development within the non-profit sector.

The Center offers a year-round schedule of courses, webinars and conferences which draw faculty and attendees from across the US and around the world. The Center offers day and evening courses, one-day intensive courses, lunch-hour programs, Certificates in Fundraising and in Grant-making, and a Master of Science degree.

It was selected in 2011 from among 20 universities worldwide by Credit Suisse to develop an international program for emerging philanthropists. Faculty members include Richard McPherson, who won the Center’s 2009 Teaching Excellence Award for his course on “Strategies and Trends in Internet Fundraising.”
