PROJECT MANAGER

A professional support position with considerable opportunity for growth and advancement. Moderate travel required. Reports to Richard McPherson, CEO and Creative Director

Job Goals:

• To maximize CEO’s ability to provide consulting and creative services to clients
• To contribute to quality of firm’s consulting product, and

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Gather data and qualitative information from clients to help evaluate fundraising and communications needs,
• Assist in developing reports, consulting output and training products, and
• Coordinate CEO work with firm’s direct mail and online fundraising personnel

Skills Required:

• All conventional office skills, plus clear business writing skills a must,
• Good interpersonal skills

Qualities Required:

• Analytical and organized thinking,
• Dependable follow-through,
• Ability to work in fast-moving professional environment,

Compensation:

• $40,000-50,000 including Base Salary $35-40,000 plus performance bonuses $5,000-10,000 annually
• 401(k) with 50% employer match,
