Project Overview
McPherson Associates, Inc. has put together a nonprofit group e-mail append in an effort to help your organization grow your e-mail lists and update your online records.

What is E-Mail Appending?
E-mail appending is matching e-mail addresses to individuals already on member files, but for whom there is no e-mail address on record. McPA then creates an e-mail welcome/conversion for these new e-mail registrants.

About FreshAddress
McPherson Associates has an exclusive partnering agreement with FreshAddress to manage nonprofit group e-mail append projects, and has secured special volume based discounted pricing for this effort. FreshAddress, Inc. is a Boston-based company that specializes in data hygiene services, such as e-mail appends, particularly to the nonprofit sector.

Project Details
It’s fast, easy and completed in 30 days. Upon confirmation of participation, McPA will send instructions on where to upload your member files. Individual nonprofit files are then “stitched” together with other nonprofits to create one larger master file, which will qualify for a volume based discount.

FreshAddress will run the e-mail match, and then send separate permission e-mails branded and approved by your organization, to all potential matches offering them the option to opt-out of your online e-mail list. Those e-mail addresses that do not opt-out will be sent back to you. You will only be charged per matched name.
